The broadcast of the 8 episodes of Chaser Game W has come to an end. Thank you so much, to all those who watched it.



I’m very grateful for having been entrusted the role of one of the two leads, together with Yurika Nakamura, in the first TV Tokyo drama to deal with this subject. I approached every single day with the desire to create something that would resonate in the hearts of the viewers, filled with desire to fulfill my role.

The character I played, Itsuki Harumoto, is a strong, straight forward woman with a firm sense of justice.
She thaught me the wonderfulness of behaving while always cherishing the person you love, despite the struggles and uncertainties of life.

Ever since the beginning of the broadcast, I’ve been encouraged tremendously by the huge amount of supportive comments and positive feedback.
I feel like the viewers played a big role in creating this drama with us.

It also made me happy that you enjoyed it as a drama that mixed work and romance.

The drama received an unexpected response from people overseas, to the point that it was streamed on the international LGBTQ＋ platform GaGaOOLaLa and even got n°1 in the GL/Lesbian category!

Nothing would make me happier than to know this drama lightened your hearts and helped you live as your authentic selves, even if just a little bit.

Speaking of me personally, this has been my very first drama after my graduation from the group. Starting with Mr. Nakamura, TV Tokyo’s producer, all the staff members on set were really warm, and created a pleasant environment for which I’m grateful from the bottom of my heart.

I’ve also been hugely supported by Yurika Nakamura, who played an extremely charming Fuyu, and with whom I’ve had the pleasure to get close and have fun on set, ultimately creating a wonderful bond between us.

We’ve been encouraging and bettering each other, spending intense times together, and it’s truly been an enjoyable and precious experience for me.

On the final day of the shooting, I was moved when the author of the original manga, Hiroshi Matsumoto, gifted me an illustration made by Koutarou Matsushima. Thank you so much!
Moreover, the time spent with every single person from the cast has been invaluable to me.

That my very first solo drama appearance has been in Chaser Game W has been really a honor for me. Thank you so much.
I wish to all viewers to be able, from tomorrow onwards as well, to spend time with the people you love, exchanging genuine smiles.
