[English Subs] From the MeguKoto / MioChika Instagram Live [Call Me By No Name]

I compiled all the clips I subbed from the live into a single video. I think I've covered all the parts I really wanted to share (there are a couple of bits I haven't posted on Twitter). Some parts, like the games, or them comparing hands size, are more about watching than understanding spoken words, so I didn't consider subbing them, but feel free to let me know if there's some other bit you'd like me to sub. I'll do it when I can and then add it here! And now, enjoy Mio and Ichika being all lovey-dovey, with Mio never missing a chance to compliment Ichika!

What to say, my CallMeNo friends, what to say?
The live was absolutely wonderful, even though it was also waaaaay too short. Seeing Mio and Ichika interact so naturally was an absolute joy. 

- Mio is a QUEEN for having picked up the question about Tomo asking her about the kissing. And she's also a queen for the answer she gave her!!! I need to know about Tomo's reaction now.
- Mio is a QUEEN also for having picked up the comment saying it felt like watching Episode 9 - and them pretty much agreeing! Are you kidding me!? AHHHHHH.
- The fact that they had so much fun on set despite being challenged physically (especially with the cold...) and emotionally makes me so happy, honestly. Eda touched upon how Mio was at the beginning of the filming in the Space.
- I like how they look sort of...opposites to how they are. I mean, you see Ichika and she looks cool and composed, and yet she's a talking machine. Mio on the other hand could appear like someone who enjoys talking a lot, and yet! I like this sort of contrast in people!
- Is there anything sweeter than Mio smiling and looking Ichika's way? SO CUTE.
- They had such great picks for the scenes they wanted to recommend!! The scene Ichika mentions is one I also absolutely love - I might've said it once, twice or...thrice! - and Mio's perspective is so much that of a fan, both on and off set! Adorable. I can totally picture her going on about how cute Ichika is.
- And what about Mio's heart skipping a beat pretty much every time Ichika does or says something, and being fully aware of it, on top of that? This woman! My heart would flutter every single time she'd smile at me!!!
- The fact that Mio felt so lonely without Ichika on set, even though she got along really well with Ui and Tomo, is soooooooooooo cute. Check this for more on that!
- I also found very cute how both Mio and Ichika had wrong impressions of the other when it came to certain personality traits. The way Mio expresses happiness to Ichika replying back to her "love" was adorable. And Ichika surprised at the realization that Mio prefers last-minute stuff!
- But more than anything...picturing Mio getting ready in a rush as soon as Ichika sent her that "where are you?" left me shook. So adorable.
- Now stop and think with me about Ichika sobbing like crazy during the filming of EP8 scene...think about her, and about the fact that Mio's words made her heart flutter right then and there! Go rewatch the scene with this realization in mind. It's like, MeguKoto/MioChika double enjoyment.
- I loved getting to know more about them as kids. I could somehow picture Ichika being a brat, but Mio being THAT good? I mean, that she's kind and considerate I think comes through quite clearly, but what is she? Saint Miochi? I personally think that even the fact that Mio compliments Ichika so often - even picking up comments specifically praising her, is not only (though of course it's also that) due to the fact that she likes her, but also a reflection of her personality. Also...I think that, realistically speaking, she would go absolutely crazy with 5 Ichikas talking non-stop! I love how it looked like she genuinely wanted to know more about Ichika, when she asked about her childhood!


Most importantly, everyone! They openly said they'd like to do something else together, speaking to us all! That sounds like a clear wish for a fan event, and it might point out to the fact that there's a chance to get one! So, I invite you all to express the desire to have one whenever we get a chance (under new posts, for example)!

    Ohhhhh my lord, I love them even more, I joined this live, but of course couldnt understand anything so I am so happy to see English subs. Thank you so much!!! Their chemistry is so fn cute and amazing I smiled through every video.

      It's such a rabbit hole, Rolo!
      It doesn't always happen, but this time, the more I get to see and know them, the more I end up liking them. They're funny, sweet, kind and the dynamics born by their differences is really great to witness. I truly truly hope we'll get to see more of them in the future and that they'll stay in touch!
