AyaHiro 2nd Stage | Episode 6 (Finale) Thoughts

The time has come. The show is over, even though it seriously seems like it has just started.
So here are some of my thoughts on the finale (and the overall season, too) to wrap this up!

AyaHiro 2nd Stage | Episode 5 + Episode 6 Preview Thoughts

Pretty late with the comment post this week; work has been keeping me on edge! I wish I could've done this when I was fresh off watching the episode, but it is what it is.

AyaHiro 2nd Stage | Episode 4 + Episode 5 Preview Thoughts

What do you mean more than half a season is gone already!? Damn...Well, let's talk about Episode 4 for a bit, shall we?

Ayaka is in Love with Hiroko 2nd Stage | Ending Theme Song Translation (Mijikayo by Nakigoto)

Are you there, AyaHiro children? Episode 4 is gonna air tonight (and more than half of the season will be over!!), and I'm back with the translation of the ED theme song: Mijikayo by Nakigoto. Though it was already in one of the trailers, I properly got to listen to it during the Fan Meeting and, for some reason, it gets me teary eyed. How dare you, song? Anyway, I like it a lot. Well, here you go. And if you want to give it a listen, or two, or endless listens, here you go! And here's the (lesbian-themed) MV!

Souen Interview with Kanna Mori, Shiho Kato and Yuuka Eda | Ayaka is in Love with Hiroko 2nd Stage

I'm really happy to say that I finally got around to translating this interview! I had high expectations for the Souen interview because the CallMeNo one (though less balanced in terms of focus; it's mostly Eda speaking) had very interesing insight on the series and actresses, and I was not disappointed by this interview with Eda, Kanna and Katoshi. I hope you'll enjoy it as well!

AyaHiro 2nd Stage | Episode 3 + Episode 4 Preview Thoughts

What an episode! Last week I was all over how funny the first half was, but this week...I've forgotten about the first half fun stuff after watching the end...Let's talk about it.

Ayaka is in Love with Hiroko 2nd Stage | Opening Theme Song Translation (Yosumi by Hashimero)

As you might know (if you didn't, know you do), the opening theme song for the second season of Ayaka is in Love with Hiroko was released on streaming yesterday (give it a listen or two)! So...here is the translation in English. Some bits were particularly tricky, as it often is with Japanese lyrics, but I did my best...and I also ended up getting a bit emotional in the process. You'll probably notice the theme of origami (both in the title and in some of the expressions) used in the lyrics. Anyway, read up, read up!
