My Full Report on Call Me By No Name's Making-Of (Yes, it's Long!)

I promised I would've (did I? It feels like I did...), so I did it: a post about the Call Me by No Name's Making-of footage included in the Blu-ray! The time has come. The show is over, even though it seriously seems like it has just started.
So here are some of my thoughts on the finale (and the overall season, too) to wrap this up!

My Commentary on Call Me By No Name's Visual Commentary with Mio Kudo and Ichika Osaki

As some of you might know...I love Call Me by No Name. Like, I really love it. Of an unwavering love. After a way too long wait, I finally received my Blu-ray box. I wasted no time, immediately got to watch the content and thought I'd share something with you, also considering how (as usual, sadly) inaccessible it is to international audiences. I originally intended to make one big post talking about both the Commentary and the Making-of, but...yeah, not possible. It'd turn out too long (there's a short tldr at the end if you want, but I recommend reading!). So let's start with the Commentary! I hope you enjoy. If not...well, I enjoyed writing about it, so all is well.

What an episode! Last week I was all over how funny the first half was, but this week...I've forgotten about the first half fun stuff after watching the end...Let's talk about it.

What do you mean "what"? The times I've been depressed about it being the last time I was subbing CallMeNo content, of course! Which happened like, at least 4 or 5 times even just with SEEK 🤭
So here I am again, bringing to you subs for the MeguKoto/MioIchi Instagram Live from the other day!
If you've watched it, you know the audio noise is terrible. I managed to clear it up a bit, but I'm no expert so I couldn't work a miracle. Still, ultimately I was able to have almost no issue making out what they were saying throughout. So well, enjoy! I've included some comments here and there, and have fun finding my Italian Pride in a couple of places 🤭

Ok, this is it, my friends. This is the final post of the series comparing Call Me by No Name's novel and drama. Part of me is reluctant to publish this because it feels like it marks an end, a new and even more determining one, after the drama's, and I don't want to let go. I really treasure and love CallMeNo and while I have no doubt it will always stay with me, parting with its more "concrete" form still generates some form of grief in me. But alas, it is what it is...Now let's get right into it! Enjoy!

This is the second to last post of the Call Me by No Name novel and drama comparison series. It's really almost over, at this point. We're about to embark straight into the revelation arc, and then dash through the end. The part you're going to read is completely non-existent in the drama (as the finding out happens in a different way and via different means - which is why I'll be posting some random screenshots instead of some from the scenes mentioned eheh), just like the drama's Episode 8 is non-existent in the novel. The post will not only contain some distressing content, but also a lot of me ranting, so...get ready for both! As always, I'll be really looking forward to your comments, to check your reactions to the differences.
